Dance Conditioning

TECHNIQUE CLASSES: Full Year, Sept-June. No commitment beyond class!

Stretch and Strength includes multiple methods of training including to grow the foundation and technique of our dancers. Expect for your dancer to grow their strength, conditioning, flexibility and more!

Specifically, for the PBT portion of classes, it is a revolutionary program to help students advance in all dance forms by training muscle memory. PBT uses props (yoga balls, therabands) and focuses on core stability, weight placement and alignment.
