Cheer Dance Class

Snap Dance Studios’ cheer classes are taught by a Calgary Stampeder Cheerleaders… who went on to become the head coach. With an extensive background in cheer choreography, drills and cheers, this class is a once in a lifetime opportunity… only offered at Snap!
CLASS TYPE 1: Sessional, 5-8 weeks. No commitment beyond class!
Sessional Cheer – your child will bring their own pom poms, learn the latest cheer moves, and have a huge smile on their face in this action packed class. Cost based on session length.
CLASS TYPE 2: Full Year, Sept-June.
Cheer Pep Squad Jr – Recital participation. This high energy class is a stepping stone to intensive Cheer. Dancers will perform in the Snap community and take to the stage in our year end recital. Dancers in this class need to be taking jazz class to maintain a standard of technical dance (check out the jazz class right before cheer).
Cheer Pep Squad Sr – Recital and competition participation. This intensive class takes cheer to the next level! Dancers will perform in the Snap community and go to competition. Dancers in this class need to be taking a jazz class or be a part of an intensive team to maintain a standard of technical dance (check out the jazz class right before cheer).
