It has been a big month at Snap – full of rehearsals and shows, all in preparation for our trip to Disney and subsequent competition season. It really is the most (busy) wonderful time of the year!

We kicked off the month with our Tour Showcase – two performances on March 10, to unveil the show we are taking to Disneyland and Las Vegas next week – watch for our next blog post that tells you all about our AWESOME trip. Thank you to everyone who came out to our shows and participated in our silent auction to support our dancers and a HUGE thank you to our parent committee for putting on such a great event.

On Sunday, March 18 we had a day of stage rehearsals, followed by our Spring Showcase, which featured our 66 solos, duets, trios and quartets. It was a sold out show, and so great to see our dancers hit the stage.

This past weekend, it was our competitive class’s turn. We held a full day of pictures and stage rehearsals in preparation for what is sure to be another fantastic competition season. It was wonderful to see the hard work of our teachers and dancers come to life. Thank you to Cory Harding Photography for capturing such great shots of our dancers.

On Friday, March 30 Miss Courtney, Miss Alison, Andrea and 27 of our dancers and their families head out to Los Angeles and Las Vegas where we will spend 8 days performing and training. When we return it is time for our Competition Team Launch Party and our first competition of the season.

This time of year fills our hearts, to see the growth and hard work of our dancers, the creativity and passion of our teachers and the community of parents we have all come out to support them. We are so proud of tribe and are filled with excitement for the weeks to come!
