What a trip! From June 28 – July 9th our Performance Team dazzled audiences around London!

We had a jam-packed 10 days – with 8 performances; flash mobbing at Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square and various Canadian pubs on Canada Day; a full day of workshops and classes and Pineapple Studios; taking in two West End shows and; lots of sightseeing!

We had the opportunity to perform at a Children’s Hospital where it was amazing to brighten the day of sick kids and their parents; at 2 schools, to screaming fans, which made our dancers feel like superstars, and where the men of Snap had some admirers; 2 youth centres for underprivileged children, which was a great experience to connect with kids in different walks of life; at a Sunday tea at Tudor Barn, at the East Barnet Festival, where they told us we raised the bar for entertainment,  and at British Summertime in Hyde Park (where we also got tickets to see the Backstreet Boys – in the pouring rain….but we still had a blast!)

We went to Matilda and Billy Elliott on the West End, took a ride on the London Eye, went to the set of Harry Potter, visited Warwick Castle, did a Medieval Feast and visited Shakespeare’s hometown.

All-in-all it was a fantastic trip, with some amazing opportunities! We made lots of friends around the city and memories that will last a lifetime!
